Order Cancellation Terms

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once you request a cancellation within this window, we'll process your request and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, we're unable to process cancellations. However, you'll still have the option to refuse the delivery or initiate a return once the product reaches you.
