Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

We're confident in the quality of our protein powders and dry fruits. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work at Lambodara Organics.


Return Window & Eligibility

Return Timeline: All returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery

Once the 3-day window passes, we'll assume you're satisfied with your purchase, and we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Unopened & Sealed Products: Protein powders and dry fruits must be completely unopened and in their original, sealed packaging

  • Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging must be intact, secure, and show no signs of tampering

  • Resalable Condition: Products must be in a condition that allows us to resell them safely

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or Opened Seals: Once opened or the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons

  • Damaged Packaging (if customer-caused): Items with packaging damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Clearance or Discounted Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned


Why We Require Unopened Products

As a food and nutrition brand, we take food safety very seriously. Once a product is opened, we cannot verify its condition or safety, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This protects both your health and the integrity of our brand.


Reasons We Accept Returns

We carefully inspect all shipments before dispatch, but sometimes things go wrong. Valid return reasons include:

  • Damaged in Transit: Product arrives damaged, leaked, or defective

  • Wrong Item Received: You received an incorrect product or quantity

  • Defective Product: Quality issues like unusual taste, texture, or appearance (unopened)

  • Dissatisfaction: You're simply not satisfied with your purchase (unopened & sealed)

Note: Lambodara Organics reserves the right to review return requests and decline returns if the reason provided doesn't align with our return policy or if the condition of the product doesn't meet our requirements.


How to Request a Return

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

  • Log into your Lambodara Organics account

  • Navigate to your order history

  • Select the order and click "Request Return"

  • Complete the return form with your reason for return

  • Submit your request within 3 days of delivery

Step 2: Return Approval

  • Our customer service team will review your return request within 24 hours

  • You'll receive an email or WhatsApp notification with approval status

  • If approved, we'll provide return instructions and a reverse pickup arrangement

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • We'll arrange free reverse pickup at your convenience

  • Pack your product securely in its original packaging

  • Our logistics partner will collect it from your location

  • You'll receive a tracking number for your return shipment

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned package, we'll inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 working days

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method


Refund Details

Refund Amount:

  • Full refund for the product price (if eligible)

  • Excludes original shipping charges (see below)

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund is processed within 4 working days of receiving and inspecting your return

  • Additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depends on your bank/financial institution)

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or digital wallet)

  • You cannot request alternative payment methods or store credit instead of a refund

Important: Refunds are only issued after we receive and verify your returned shipment. We cannot process refunds before the return is received.


Shipping Charges & Return Costs

Good News:

  • We arrange free reverse pickup for all approved returns

  • You don't have to pay out of pocket for return shipping

Not Refunded:

  • Original Shipping Charges: The delivery fee you paid initially (₹49 or international shipping) is non-refundable and cannot be credited back

  • This applies even if your return is approved


Special Cases

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or with visible defects, we'll offer:

  • Free Replacement: We'll send you a replacement product at no cost

  • Full Refund: Or choose a full refund instead

Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

Wrong Item Received

If we made an error and sent you the wrong product:

  • Free Replacement: We'll immediately send the correct product

  • Free Return Pickup: We'll arrange pickup of the incorrect item at no cost

  • Full Refund: If you prefer a refund instead

Expired or Near-Expiration Products

We guarantee all products are shipped with adequate shelf life. If you receive a product that's expired or expiring within 30 days:

  • Full Refund: No questions asked

  • Free Return: We'll arrange reverse pickup


Exchange Policy

We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, you have two options:

  1. Return for Refund + New Purchase: Return your current product (if eligible) and purchase the new item once refunded

  2. Contact Us: Reach out to our team, and we may be able to arrange a direct exchange in special cases


Return Address Information

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with specific pickup and return instructions via email or WhatsApp. Do not send returns without approval or tracking information.


Inspection & Verification

When we receive your return, we'll inspect it for:

  • Seal Integrity: Is the package completely unopened and sealed?

  • Packaging Condition: Is the original packaging intact and undamaged?

  • Product Condition: Is the product safe and in resalable condition?

  • Expiration Date: Has the product expired?

If any of these checks fail, we'll decline the return and contact you with the reason.


Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or partially opened products

  • Broken or tampered seals

  • Products used or consumed (even partially)

  • Damaged packaging caused by customer mishandling

  • Returns initiated after 3 days of delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer


Account Credits & Store Credit

Lambodara Organics does not offer store credit in place of refunds. All approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method only.
